My mother is in an assisted living facility, age 88. She requires help with her shower and needs a swivel chair in the shower to wit down. We have tried using other shower hoses, but she kept tearing the inside rubber hose of the flexible metal type hose and they were $60.00+ dollars to replace. Those other hose/heads were bulkier and she would bend them under her arm when washing herself. I got this new hose/head and it was much lighter and less to hold on to. The medical techs really liked it. The only thing I would change is it needs a swivel in the neck so she can turn it to reach areas easier.

I use to supplement protein while dieting for a calorie deficit. Tastes kind of like bitter honey, for 17g of protein per shot it tastes just fine for me. I've also noticed my skin is looking fuller and the bags under my eyes have gone away, so great results for skincare. I continue to lose weight and lean up, highly recommend for those looking to add protein to their daily mix without all the calories.
