The converted videos are such a gift. I am hearing grandparents, aunts, uncles and other family for the first time in decades. Rewatching home videos after years in boxes in the basement has brought joy to my family.

I was surprised at how fast the turnaround was. I only wish the quality of some of the videos were better. They was no sound on several but it may been recorded that way. But I'm glad we converted them anyway. We will send more in eventually. It is pricey but worth it.

I'm totally satisfied, this experience has been simple, easy.Customer service has been amazing, i can't say enough. I am grateful for these memories. Whoever is thinking about using imemorie you won't be disappointed.

It is a bit more expensive than I think it could be, and to have to pay twice as much to get my own videos back was a bit surprising, but all that said I would use this service again cuz it's nice to have old home videos digitized.

The process was easy. I appreciated the clear instructions. And the end-product was very well done.

Liked the fact that the packaging and process was organized and easy to follow. The results were great-and what fun to see videos of family from many years ago that had been in a box in an inaccessible format!

I just sent in a customer service request with a few questions. Some of my order was only partially transferred and I am seeking a way to have that corrected. I'm sure customer service will reach out to me and we will be able to work at the issues.

I appreciate that most of my converted videos are already split into shorter clips. But I can also use the editing tools to cut my run-together videos into into smaller clips. Being able to describe each clip with a short title, helps me know what is in each video "album" a bit quicker. I have found I am then able to use the descriptions as titles when I rename my downloads to save on my computer. Less confusion later.

Having our photos and movies converted has brought us to laughter, tears and so much joy. I have a few more to send and would highly recommend everyone do this for your family, we are having so much fun watching old tapes and videos of family events plus it allows us to see some of our loved ones that have passed. I recommend doing this now while you can enjoy with your family.

My VHS home videos have been converted and I received them all back very promptly. I'm still working on downloading them and haven't fully completed everything, but very satisfied so far.

Memories did a great job converting my father's slides, 8 mm film and VHS tapes to digital. The pricing was right and they kept me I formed all through the process.

GOOD ORDERING EXPERIENCE, REVIEWING FIRST TAPE CONVERSION I FOUND THE AUDIO DID NOT COME THROUGH NICELY. SOUNDS LIKE A SLOW MOTION, DEEP TONE OF WHAT WAS THERE AND CANNOT UNDERSTAND AUDIO.

IMemories did a great job with the whole process of converting old film reels of my grandfather from childhood (nearly 100 years old!) to 8mm videotapes of our kids as children. It has been wonderful to see all those family videos!

The reels of film, not exactly in the best condition were boxed away for years. This is film from the late 1940's to early 1960's. IMemories make the process from shipping to viewing as simple as possible. Their customer service was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend to others. I shared a video to a cousin and now she is excited about getting her films digitized.

I had no idea what was on my family videos so getting these back was a treat and a pretty seamless experience. A few videos had bad sound quality/no sound though which was disappointing and I noticed some were spliced differently that what would have made sense in order of video

I was very hesitant to try this but I am so glad I did. The quality of my videos are fantastic! Everything was done in a timely manner. My only minor complaint is it is expensive and the monthly fee is a little much after you have already paid the large amount up front.
