I ordered a salwar kameez with an estimated delivery date by April 30th. The wedding I planned to wear it to was on May 9th and it didn't arrive until the 11th. Ended up having to go to a shop in town the night before to buy a whole other set that was expensive and I spent all night having to tailor it. I never even opened the box when it arrived.
Pros: Good communication throughout the process. Saree's material, good quality.
Cons: The turnaround was much later than promised and in spite that it was late, it was turnover to UPS ground instead of air. It arrived 1 day before my departure overseas and therefore unable to do any alterations needed. The construction of the garment left a lot to be desired and quality control was also lacking. The blouse had a strange fit and one of the sides of the saree bottom edge was 1" longer than the piece it was joined to. (A picture was submitted to the manufacturer). The Saree is sawn to the slip as a skirt with a draw string to adjust the waist and the weight of the area were the front pleats are ends up being too heavy and pulls the waist down. I was expecting it to be sawn as a wrap around with hooks set an inch apart allowing to adjust to the desired waist.
Jewelry: Necklace and earrings set.
Pros: Nice design.
Cons: The earrings are worthless, flimsy and so poorly constructed that the glue shows through. The necklace was constructed better but has no finesse; it is finished with a long string closure and the material of the string is coarse.

The Indian outfit (female) I selected was pretty online and in pictures. When it arrived it was absolutely horrible. There was no indication of it being pre stitched (the skirt) so it was short. The material was cheap and color was different. I've ordered before but this is the first time it was horrible. I couldn't wear it and it was waste because it wasn't stitched to my size and liking.

The material was not worth of the money. The catalog shows nice dress and decent quality. But in reality the real dress does not match with the pictures. The stitching is not up to the mark and so as the ironing. I was very disappointed.

Don't ever think of ordering from this fraudulent website! Your clothes will be delivered 2 months later after you complain about where your parcel is then it will finally arrive looking nothing like the picture and smelling very badly. They will ask you to pay 65$ to return it back out of your own pocket. Do not waste your time!

I have always trusted indian wedding sarees when buying online, but this time you have really disappointed me the attire was very pretty but the only problem was the stitching, the pants were too tight you can't even sit down, and the sleeves were also very tight under arms and above elbow, I have always bought the same size from you guys would fit me perfectly and everytime there's a room to make it loose but this time no space to loosen it also the sleeves were cut straight should be bigger above elbow so I literally had to go get the matching material and find a taylor to fix it that cost me extra. I used to trust you guys as I have been a customer for so many years, now seems like you guys have a very inexperienced taylor, you have lost a customer as am afraid I won't be buying from you anymore.

The saree was discounted so didn't expect to receive a silk saree for that price although it was described on the website that it was silk. I was interested in the colour combination so can't complain.
The fall and beeding service
Is welcome. So is the blouse stitching which I didn't request so can't comment on that. Delivery is pretty slow so this needs to be factored in if an item is required within a certain timeframe.
