It took a very long time to get the notary approved & the only available location in my area is never open within its full business hours so the carrier is forced to get in contact with me to see if they should keep the packages & try the next business day. If a better location opens in my area, I would relocate my services immediately.

I have been very happy with iPostal1 and it has met my needs. The only criticism I have may have been my misunderstanding of the fee structure. Perhaps I was a bit naive or did not understand the added cost in addition to the annual fee. I assumed that iPostal1 would scan the OUTSIDE of each piece of mail at no cost. If I wanted the contents scanned, I would notifly iPostal1 and expect to pay for the service. As it stands now, I am paying over $2,00 per letter for scanning privileges, most of which is junk mail.

Please note you do receive free scans of the outside of every item, giving you an idea of how you want to handle your mail.
Pricing for all ‘Optional Services’ is posted on the Pricing pages on our website. Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like forwarding, scanning mail content, or mail pickup. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize those who do.

Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge. My item arrive on a Tuesday and I had to call in to get it processed. I noticed that on Friday the person that processes the items does not on a Friday. There is a 3 day gap once my item arrives.

Our standards are for mail to be inserted into your mailbox usually on the day they arrive.
Our records show that you canceled your initial shipping request on 4/9 and subsequently requested a "Schedule a Pickup" on 4/10. Your mail items were ready for pickup on 4/11.Your mail center has been completing tasks within our service standards. These standards call for tasks to be completed within 24 hours, or by the end of the day if submitted by 1:00 PM.

But I have had to call the mails centre a few times to confirm my mail is arriving
But its only early in our business relationship

You should receive notification of new mail by email or push notification to your phone within a few minutes of the mail being inserted into your digital mailbox, usually on the day it is delivered.

I need to find a better location for my ipostal1 mailbox - the location for my mailbox is sharing the same building and address with another large company (other than Staples), and twice already my packages have been delivered to the other company... Even though the sender always put STAPLES on the package.

The billing is not clear in regards to receiving packages. I am charged $1 for every package I receive; I understood that the first ten (10) packages of every month are included at the basic rate.

Great and wonderful service from the employees... only minor issue is sometimes there's no employee available with iPostal login to record that mail and packages have been picked up. But they are always cheery and are trying very hard to get up to speed with the new service model.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. We see our team informed you that the uploaded documents were incorrect. Once our team received the correct documents, we sent your forms to your mail center and they were approved shortly after.
