They put the jeans I had ordered in a paper envelope. The paper envelope arrived with a big rip-open exposing a large part of the item, which also caused damage to the item inside.
Ironically, they said it's a problem that the item was being shipped a long way to Australia from the UK, but they wouldn't know how to pack this item properly with more protective covers for intercontinental delivery?
Jeanstore said I should have resolve this issue privately with them instead of posting this review. However, as an online retailer, they are receiving orders from many customers everyday. They have the right to know how this business packs online orders for its customers.
Other people spend their money to get the things they like. I spent my money and got a frustration.
My advise to other people who have read this review is "Avoid buying anything from this retailer".
I'm impressed with jeans store. They've got good quality stuff at affordable prices. Also their customer services is commendable.
Good range of quality brands at decent prices. Just received my third order from them - came in good time, notwithstanding the Christmas rush. Would recommend.
