I have emailed jiffy multiple times regarding several missing refunds totaling thousands of dollars on my account. They do not respond and I am about to report them with my bank. Chat gets you nowhere and the contact page is completely pointless.

I ordered my product and paid for it on April 30th. According to where I ordered the product from, shipping was "expedited". Not sure what that is supposed to mean, as I just got a notification on the 20th of May that my product was to be delivered. Later the same day on May the 20th it said my product was delivered. And much to my surprise, (not really), absolutely nothing was delivered to me. I am so aggravated and frustrated. I waited 31 days for my product, only to be let down once again. I wish the story ended here. I then did as they requested and reached out to both the shipper and the company and have still, at this time, (and today is May 21st) not received the first response to any email or phone call that I have made. This is about what I expected with this whole entire experience. Now I'm out money that I'm sure I'll never get back, and I also have no product! Buyer Beware!

Do your artists look at images before printing? Like, wonky send something that has a bunch of lines through it? When printing a replacement, why take liberties to edit beyond what the error was? I got a bad replacement, but you do sent shipping emails or include them in your order lists anymore, so I can't tell you that this shirt, for a customer is now going to exceed my 2 week turnaround time. A long turnaround time considering one of those weeks is added as safety in case you send me ANOTHER $#*!ty print. Now I have 2. And if I had to refund this order, I'm looking to you for the $31.
I have had so many issues with my DTF orders. The prices are constantly changing (you finally stop screwing people with extra charges, so that's cool) and the quality is inconsistent. When you send someone warm pull for a year, you need to warn when it's a cold pull. I ruined so many designs and shirts until I figured it out, long after the time to claim a return. I also hate sending my customers faded, streaked images.
I've never been let down by jiffy. Customers service is top tier. Their app is so easy to use and the system they use is so great.
Shipping is super quick too which is nice. Only downside it the threshold to hit free shipping otherwise you're paying $11 for shipping but it's not that big of a deal.
My order came damaged due to the carrier company, the customer service team sent replacement very quickly to rectify the issue.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago, and received the wrong prints. I was able to request a replacement but I have yet to hear or see any tracking for that order. Normally Jiffy is on the ball, but the last few orders have taken longer and this is the first time I get someone elses prints.

There's not customer service I tried to change and cancel my order because i didn't known it wasn't going to ask print color. But the site would not allow me and the ai support could not figure it out even after sending screenshots. I put in a ticket and still haven't received a reply.
I did not receive all of my order. I had to ask for each piece and I really needed it at a certain time. Deadline missed. I have lost $8.88 because I never got it.

I had planned on purchasing transfers specifically the holographic spangles but you have to order a minimum of 10 of the same design. That stinks! So I just continue to get shirts from you and purchase my transfer elsewhere

I have sent emails regarding the shipping process but the sticker I did receive was not worth the price due to the quality. The cuts are halfway performed do it saves little time you literally have to cut the whole thing with very sharp tiny scissors and it was like a cheap looking glossy sticker. I know better now.
This is the second order this month that I've had to go out and purchase Shirts due to shipping delays from your warehouse. I have an order that was supposed to be here on Friday so I can work on it through the weekend and it is Monday, It is still not here and the customer needs it for a school event.
Easy to send designs for DTF sheets. Crazy fast shipping and I will definitely be ordering more. I was actually confused how they showed up in less than 24hrs. Very high quality DTF, so far holding up durring testing In a high temp wash and dryer.

I keep getting coupons and they never work! Then don't offer them! So stupid
The print that I got was unusable. The print was doubled on it self. I tested the file and another printer printed it with no problem. You can not talk with anyone and the AI help desk is useless. I still have not received a reply after 3 days. I have lost confidence in Jiffy and will not trust them with my projects anymore.
Ordered some UV-DTF stickers. They arrived quickly. All were great except one. Contacted customer service, they replaced it immediately, even though it was my fault. I have placed 2 orders already and plan to order more.
At first shipping was quick, im talking like two days after an order was placed i have my order. Its taking a big longer now and I can't find an option to pay for faster shipping
