I was told pick up will be in 3 working days and it has now passed 10 working days and has not even got a new date when it will be available for collection.

I ordered because they had something I wanted with an earlier delivery time frame than other suppliers, and then I had a lovely surprise when it arrived more than a week earlier than expected.

Extremely disappointed with my experience so far. Computer arrived broken, unable to be used. So I have had to send it back and now I have to wait for my case to be actioned?! Like how much longer must I wait?. Communication is very general. Unfortunately all I have got from my experience is to shop local.

Very happy with JW's online service, delivery was super quick (Melbourne to rural QLD), and the refurbished product (MSI Evo Laptop) looks brand new and is great.

Easy transaction. Salesperson was polite, asked relevant questions and explained what would possibly suit our needs. Once the decision was made, the laptop was posted quickly and arrived safely within 3 days.

The staff in the shop are very knowledgeable and helpful. Its the only place you can speak with experts and feel confident you are buying the right product for your needs.

When I called to ask for technical help, I was put on hold until the system (or the "assistant") hung up. Very rude and unhelpful.

The website and ordering process was straight forward, however I did not like the fact that I had to create an account. In most other on-line shopping sites, I can shop as a guest. Their pricing was good.

Delivery time was longer than I expected, particularly compared with sites like Amazon, but the package was well and carefully wrapped and arrived safely

I ordered on 5/3 and my order is still 'processing' and there have been no updates. I will contact them today to cancel my order unless this progresses

Took 2 weeks to arrive and the game code was not valid when it clearly was told on the phone that is was a game code with that product
