I wish I would have read reviews before buying from this company. Totally unprofessional, poor customer service. I ordered a product in August, didn't receive it until September and the customer service phone number was not helpful. They do not return phone calls. They finally sent me the wrong product and it was too small. HORRIBLE! I never received a refund.

They sent me wrong order and I shipped it back to them paid $10.40 for shipping. I asked the manager to refund me the shipping fee but she has not since January. They should give me a discount for inconvenience but they don't even want to refund what I paid for shipping. The customer service is bad and the product is not any better. I ordered classic waist tr size small after I wear it 3 times it turn to extra large... Please don't order here
If your expecting to get ur item then don't order from them. I ordered a sweatbelt in middle of December and it is now middle of May and i have not received a refund or the item. No one will respond to my emails. I created a service ticket and they said they would get back to me in a couple of days with an update a couple days later and it has been 5 months now and no response. It cost me 60US to realize how $#*! this company is. Don't make the same mistake as me
