You have to type exaclty what you need in order to find the item you're looking for. It just says non found, it shoud show related items. I have dismissed orders due not finding the right one because I don't know the exact name of the item. Really bad.
Good parts options, customer service but wished they included the shipping fees in the order. You have to call to get shipping fees.

I ordered giant pressure washing gun *******c and now the guns are leaking and there is no option to buy the repair kit on your website.
Previously purchased foaming brush, item arrived hassle free and on time, purchased part last year intending to install on carwash then but ran into redtape roadblock with local government, finally operating again and expecting to make soap purchases in this site in the future.
It is nearly impossible to order during the week due to slow site. It is easy to search and find parts. We try and order on the weekends when there is less congestion.

Your sales guys have been incredibly patient. I have been away from the business for 15 years and have forgotten the names of everything! I keep calling parts things like thingamabob and spinner thingy hose attacher, and whatzit gizmo pressure setter can't remember what it's called... but It's Brass! And they are helpful and don't laugh at me. At least not so I can hear them, anyway. 😁

I was unable to order both packs of the scents I wanted. When I had both packs it only gave me one shipping method and it would have cost $28.00. I was displeased with this as this is the only place I'm able to find the scent I like and in bulk.

I've been in the carwash industry for 10 years now and have come to appreciate the value that Kleenrite offers to small business owners like myself.
I haven't purchased much lately but figured my purchase history would still be in the books. Looks like everything is gone. I couldn't look up anything, even after filtering dates. Not sure if I missed something but it was a disappointment because I needed to reference some items I had previously purchased.
Your shipping is way to expensive. Other suppliers have reduced shipping costs or free shipping after a few hundred why can't Kleen-Rite do the same
Called to get help from your sales rep for parts I didn't know about and was treated with minimal help and obvious impatients because I didn't just give him part numbers I needed help with and needed help figuring out. Searched through your website for another hour and found part numbers I needed
Usually only order towels from here but, they have a wide selection of everything you would need for your car wash. Highly recommend. Fast shipping as well

I would rather have frees hipping with a little bit of increase in product price to cover that charge in the long run. Also, I had to completely start over when I stepped away from my computer. Annoying.
Absolutely to hard to earn points and shipping choices are ridiculous. Two stickers do not cost $14 to ship. Tried the Hub box option and it was way more expensive.
This item is small and should not cost 37 to ship. Hell a flate rat box would have ben 20 less than this. Get it together or lose a customer.
The freight cost is very expensive for the Canadian customers. You should give it for free to receive more orders and customers.
