I cancelled my order a week after placing it as my daughter found another dress elsewhere. This company wouldn't refund the full amount. After emailing Laveliya back and forth demanding a full refund for a service that wasn't provided (the dress hadn't even shipped yet), I had to do a reverse payment on my credit card. Laveliya kept changing the amount they would refund so I stopped emailing and let my credit card company handle it, to which they did successfully. Their return policy is bogus. Make sure you read it before purchasing. Take my advice and shop elsewhere.
I was very disappointed and didn't wear the dress. It's not the same as pictured. The fabric doesn't look the same the color is a bit different

The dress never came and it never shipped on time! They still tried to get me to receive the dress after Prom and said I could use it for another occasion when I purchased it for Prom for my daughter! We were in a store 2 days before Prom looking for a dress because of this company! Don't trust them!
