When something says FREE, it should be free. Not a hidden fee at the end.
I did not know that I was going to have to pay for each house that I rent. I thought I could purchase one application and agreement form that I can use in my other houses as well, and not have to pay again.
I was taken by surprise when I already had a 1 year access, only to find out it is a PER DOCUMENT fee.
Everything was great and the process was easy to complete. I am very elated!
