We've been battling with our county, surveyor, then finally lender and title to complete what should have been a simple lot split. At the tail end of this, we experienced issues with our lender making unreasonable and incorrect demands on documents needed for Title and recording. We reached out to our attorney and got some great advice. Then we had to reach back out to get a demand letter sent to the lender. Once that letter was received, the lender made quick work of finalizing the documents based on CA and our county requirements. Thank you so much!

I spoke with an atty and she was so knowledgeable and helpful about the scams that are out there today and she literally saved me from getting taken by one. Trust your gut instinct and call and atty and get legal consul just in case things aren't right. I don't remember the exact date they helped me.

In the end the expeirence was good. My initial contact with the firm was great. Then a guy called me asking me the same questions as the first person and the survey asked. I asked him if he's new to project. I was very confused on the same questions being asked. Then his attitude almost had me asking to work with some else. When the lady called back she was on point.
