When the bear arrived it wasn't what I expected. The mouth is crooked and the eyes are completely covered with fur making it look not like the picture. Totally not worth the money.

The crib bedding set was delivered quickly and was of very high quality. It was exactly as shown.

Just put this up that the wife had purchased as a set and the "for" is really thin and doesn't match any of the other letters at all. Would not purchase anything again

I'm very disappointed with the decals. I thought the decals were so cute, but they are very small and only cover a few feet of wall space. They are also very thin and rip easily or get stuck together. I'll have to buy at least 4 packs of the decals in order to get the tree decal to reach from floor to ceiling. Pictures are deceiving

After receiving the wrong printed baby sheet, they sent me the correct one overnight so I could meet a deadline on a baby nursery decoration I was making. I was able to gift the other sheet to the mommy to be. Thank you so much time was important.

My package was lost in transit so I contacted customer support. They sent me one response and it stated that the package was marked as delivered. I asked for the time to see what happened on my home security but the company never reached back out and eventually I just contacted the credit card company to get my refund.

My daughter was given the elephant when she was born and it has been attached to her hip till today. She's 3 now and I got a back up just in case, god forbid she loses the original
