Because they don't sell directly to contractors, they recommended Lighting Supply, a company I had done business with before. I call their sales team, ordered the parts and got my customers project back online in quick order.
I ordered two of something and was only sent one. They were only $10 so just ordered another one instead of spending time on phone with customer service but then was forced to pay for more shipping for another one of the same item. I should have called and gotten the one I already paid for sent but was doing a big kitchen project and just seemed inconsequential, but now looking back and you asking for this review I'm disappointed by the company's inability to fill my offer properly.

I wanted to upgrade 4 can lights to LED. After removing the internals I found no brackets for spring holders on the LED. O boy replacing the whole can through the attic. After searching the Internet, I found an adapter that slides up into the can and has the correct bracket for the spring. It was easy to install (squeeze fit) and worked perfectly. I received the adapters within 3 days. All around a great experience!
I looked for my parts for a month. I saw a lighting company, but never checked it out, thinking that a lighting company would never have my parts that I needed. Boy was I wrong. Not only did they have what I needed but the best price on the internet that I could find. I was still worried until the box arrived, as promised. Exactly what I needed and super fast. Quick and easy. We have an old fixture that really makes our room warm and inviting. This is where we go to get our chandelier bulbs replaced. Love it!
Not happy that it took 2 weeks for the product to be delivered. On top of that the end prongs on the bulbs were all broken. Sent an email to customer service with no reply. Not a good experience. Hoping someone wouldve got back to me so we could resolve the issue since mistakes happen.
