I am filing a complaint regarding a formal gown purchased from MISSACC that was significantly different from the product advertised on their website.
The gown I received did not resemble the online photos in appearance, material quality, or overall construction. The fabric appeared cheap, the workmanship was poor, and the dress was clearly not as represented at the time of purchase.
I contacted the company promptly after receiving the item and explained my concerns. I requested a return, refund, or store credit due to the misleading representation and poor quality of the product. Despite providing details and attempting to resolve the matter professionally, the company refused to offer any reasonable resolution.
I believe consumers should be able to rely on accurate product photos and descriptions when purchasing formalwear online, especially for important events. I am requesting that MISSACC provide a fair resolution in the form of:
A full refund upon return of the dress, or
Store credit and prepaid return shipping.
I also hope this complaint helps inform other consumers about my experience with this company's product quality and return practices.

The tailoring is great. The fitted waist adds a lot of style to both the dress and the lace overcoat.Dress is well made and very pretty. The color is slightly darker than pictured on the website, but I like it a lot.
