I purchased a new bathing suit from Modlily and was pleasantly surprised! It looked the same as the photo online, it was well made and it fit! All good things...

Modlily will give every excuse to not refund your order to your credit card statement! STAY AWAY FROM MODLILY!
I returned all but one item from my order due to horrible quality of their products and lack of shipment of my remaining order in a guaranteed timeframe. I returned the received items two days after receiving them. I contacted Modlily via Chat and requested that the remaining items not be shipped. They did not ship them. Instead of refunding my credit card, they automatically gave me store credit without asking me if I was ok with this, or receiving authorization to do so. After receiving my returned items for several days, again they automatically issued me a store credit without my authorization. I was on a chat with Modlily on May 31 for almost an hour, refusing their constant attempts for me to accept their store credit. I made it very clear, several times, I wanted a refund to my original form of payment. They finally agreed, stating it would hit my credit card within 5 - 7 days. I just finished another chat with Modlily, since I have not received a refund, and a credit balance is still on my account. Again they finally stated they would refund the amount, minus $18.99 as a return fee, to my credit card. I'm not holding my breath. After this review I will be contacting my credit card company to gain their assistance.
Additionally, their chat system will not allow you to leave a negative review. It won't accept it. The chat asks That is why I am writing this review.

Everything arrived quickly and exactly as described and pictured. I was very pleased with my first experience with Modlily and new clothes.

I was surprised at how easy the ordering process was.
I ordered a swim suit that fits perfectly, true to size, and is very well made.
This is an excellent value for the price.

I was very pleased with my overall experience. My only complaint is that it took awhile to receive the product but I admit I'm spoiled with other sites with very FAST delivery. However, I will order from them again.

I purchased a new swimsuit top to wear with the bottoms I bought a few years ago (that are still in great shape). I love the selection and am so happy with the fit.

I was notified that a package had been delivered, I reached out to ask them about it and they told me to wait 3 days, I waited 3 days, nothing! So I reached out again, and they told me to contact the carrier, and they knew nothing! I was going to compromise & ask for it to be shipped again, and it showed up. Not 3 days but 7 days later. I understand a delay, but I was becoming frustrated and they were consistent with communication, & that's why I'm giving them 5 Stars, when they very well could've ignored me.

This is my first purchase from Modlilly. I love the quality of my suit and the color is beautiful. I will definitely shop here again

Three dresses arrived crumpled intotiny plastic packing. The size chart led me to order US sz xl. The three are all tiny even though reviews said 'true to size.' One doesn't look anything like the site photo. I will try to return.

Love the idea of a 2 piece but still looks like it's all one Such a great idea not having to take whole costume off

Wasn't sure as never used this company before and it had to be shipped which usually means even if you don't like it or an issue you probably wouldn't go to the trouble of sending it back. However, the quality of this this dress was so good, I shouldn't have worried and it was worth waiting for.

These bathers are awesome fit true to size can't wait to wear them on my first cruise.The colours are lovely plus wrap to match.
