I am NOT a big writer of negative reviews. I think if you're unhappy with a service, you should tell the company and let them fix it. However, every transaction via MCP was a disaster. I was promised a credit on my account as they'd billed me incorrectly, but never received it. There were promised emails for additional help and "Tier 3" support requests which I think means you're supposed to be passed up to a higher echelon--but still, no response. Finally, I tried to cancel my account. But even that didn't get a response. I cancelled again, still nothing. I ended up canceling my debit card and getting a new one so I couldn't be mis-billed yet again. The customer service people were very kind and tried to help but couldn't seem to figure out the answer to my questions or the problems I had. Very, very poor experience. I'd stay far away if I were a counselor looking for a helpful and intuitive EHR platform.
This is one of the best billing software whose performance is really good. One of my friend refer this compay for using their billing software.
My Clients Plus is definitely the best billing software I have used. Their progress note templates make note taking so easy! I am very happy overall with my choice in software. Their customer service is always there to walk me through something should I get stuck. Overall I would highly recommend My Clients Plus to someone who wants an easy way to bill both insurance and clients.

I have been using My Clients Plus for over 6 years now. They are very reasonably priced and the system is very user friendly. Their progress notes are great and have made a very tedious task easy. I would recommend My Clients Plus to any single therapist or a multi-therapist group.
