Jordano was my 1-on-1 trainer today and he walked me through the software, website, and assisted me with all the questions I had in mind. He remained kind and professional throughout the entire call. I really appreciate professionals like this, please hire more Jordanos. Specifically, he showed me the AI import tool, something that I will definitely be using this tax season and I might not have known about it if it wasn't for Jordano's detailed walkthrough.

I find the program easy to use. Their support is answered by a knowledgeable human not a useless AI like most web sites, so you don't spend several minutes during your busiest time trying to make the AI understand what you are asking. The support people are friendly and helpful even if I am overlooking something I don't seem to see. Have used the program for several years and will use it until I totally retire. I use almost all the forms available besides 1040. Definitely get your bang for the buck. Bought for 2026 already.

My practice is limited to friends and family, so I don't feel competent to give a complete review. However, my experience with my limited use has been good. I have done some business returns and individual returns over ten years, and the product has continuously improved. This year I found my state return easier, and use of the AI import task very useful. It worked well for me. I don't use many of the features such as the payment tools and billing options, and only limited use of the portal, but everything I use works well. In the early years I struggled with clergy returns and getting answers to some questions using their limited FAQ module, but both have improved and become more robust. I shall continue to use the product as long as I do taxes.
