What kind of airline doesn't include personal item when booking with a carry on? Why did I have to book it extra? Also what kind of carry on has an 8 KG LIMIT? It's always ten. I just think the ticket price was a little deceiving considering all the extra mandatory-like add-on options I had to add to my cart such as 4 dollars for message updates? 12 dollars for delay/ cancellation compensation or over-booking? 20 dollars extra to get compensated if they lose my luggage? Like 8 dollars for premium support? 😂 There were just a lot of additional options that seemed necessary to add to ur cart. Then there was an issue with the Apple Pay feature I had to fill it out again and click the debit option. I'm not sure if these are airline issues or booking issues but I think the ticket price should've been a bit higher and have some of these "add on" options included. It's just a little disappointing to see a ticket decently priced, get excited then it ends up being about 100 dollars more than u originally thought. I've never flown with them or booked through this website before so I'm not sure how punctual they are with delays and support but if u have to pay extra to ensure these things don't happen idk im a little concerned. 🥲
You nickel and dime with everything. Not receiving text messages about flight updates unless you pay a fee is so freaking absurd. I've never seen any other company do that.

I was charged more than double the price I selected at checkout, with no clear or explicit confirmation. Despite this being a significant pricing discrepancy, Mytrip has refused to take responsibility.
It has taken over two months just to reach the point of a "review," during which I have had to chase them repeatedly for updates. I was promised calls that never happened, given inconsistent explanations, and denied access to any direct contact number to resolve the issue properly.
Their responses contradict themselves — first suggesting a failed payment caused the issue, then later confirming no failed payment occurred. At the same time, they admit they cannot verify what was shown on my screen during booking.
Despite having no evidence that I accepted the higher fare, they continue to dismiss the claim.
This is not just poor service — it reflects a lack of transparency and accountability in their booking process.
I would strongly caution anyone considering using Mytrip.
It's really quick and reliable. I want to use this app later again.

I booked a flight through Mytrip.com (Order: 1112-259-743) which was cancelled by the airline (Precision Air).
The airline has clearly confirmed that the ticket is eligible for a full refund and even issued a waiver code (WC8123) for the agent to process it.
Despite multiple emails and calls over more than a month, Mytrip.com has not responded or processed the refund.
This level of non-response and delay is unacceptable. I am now forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through this platform

Too much add-on BS. I just want a standard ticket and quick check-out. There's no need to require me checking 'No Thanks' for the 20 worthless add-on options.

Bought a one-way ticket from South American to Europe business class. A good deal overall, but I saw no option to reserve my business class seat. I found out later that reserving a specific business class seat for the long haul was an extra charge $150+, and I only found this out from looking at the airline site. Still a good deal, but annoying.

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
