We had originally signed up for Auto Pay on our account last year, but we had also paid on line almost 2 months early. We didn't want to be charged twice so we sent an email to Customer Service. We were reassured that they took off the Auto Pay on our account. They also followed up with an email confirming that the Auto Pay was cancelled. Great Company to work with. Although we are hoping to never get flooded! :)

We had decided to replace our current flood insurance policy with one from Neptune. The policies overlapped and there was confusion over potential duplicate payments. Lucas was very well informed and provided information we needed. We were very pleased with how quickly we received a response.
