I bought this style in silver 5 years ago for my son's wedding. They are the ONLY sandals I can wear with my bad feet because of the multiple adjustments that can be made. I don't wear sandals very often, but I decided that it was time for a second pair. I am very happy with OrthodicShop's price and service.

Unfortunately the shoes were too heavy and on the small side for mens 9.5. All my shoes are 9.5 but these are tight in the toe and loose in the heel for my narrow feet.

Put in an order for new insoles. Got confirmation for order 3 days later the order was cancelled and they said I had to order from their sister company. Not impressed.

Not only was the ordering process easy, but the slippers are wonderful. Comfortable and warm and fit perfectly. Thank you, Orthotic Shop!

No problem ordering or receiving my shoes. I am sad that i will not be able to wear them. I now have to send them back because the fit and my ankle do not like one another.
I hope I can return them as easily as I ordered them.

I received the shoes that I ordered on schedule. I did not care for the styling of them and therefore returned them to The Orthotic Shop. The return was handled with a quick response by the company by sending me a return shipping label.

My daughter has disabilities and has several feet requirements that make it difficult to find a slipper that works for her. These slippers came in half sizes which was a great find and they are snug and won't slip off her feet and that makes them terrific for her!

Ordering online was easy, the shoes arrived quickly and I am happy with the fit and the quality.

I received my order quickly. I was able to exchange my order at the beginning of the process when I found the pair of Diamonds.

Not as comfortable as I had hoped. They're very heavy.

Excited to see Vionic wedge heel dress shoes in size 5, I ordered and paid for the possibility of returning if they didn't fit. Received shoes ordered in size 5 but received size 7.5 and had to go to the post office to return. I did receive email and stated they would ship size 5 wedge heels. My credit card was refunded for the size 7.5 shoes and I never received size 5 shoes. Diappointed.

Shoes were delivered in a timely manner, unfortunately we choose the wrong size and had to return the shoes. Returning the shoes was a fairly easy process. Thank you.
