From the start, their helpful and friendly staff addressed all my concerns with utmost patience. The price for the round trip to the airport was reasonable, so I booked right away. On the day of the trip, the female driver arrived five minutes early, displaying impressive punctuality. She skillfully loaded our luggage and her professional demeanor left a lasting impression. I can't recall her name, but she was incredibly sweet and had a great sense of humor. In the past, we've had some disappointing encounters with other services, but Palmetto Car Service has become our go-to choice. We're genuinely thrilled to have discovered such a reliable and top-notch service, and we hope to continue receiving their outstanding quality service in the future.

I called to set up a ride to Savannah airport for my son. They answered right away. They told me I can set up an account right online and book the ride. If I had trouble to call them back. It took me less than 5 minutes to book the ride. On date of appointment they text me driver was dispatched 30 minutes ahead. My son said he wants same driver.
