I ordered a fuel pump, and the first one that arrived had clearly been used because the box was partially opened and the fuel pump smelled like gasoline. I contacted customer service and was instructed to return it. You did send another one but the entire process took 1 week to 1.5 weeks longer than it should have because the first package arrived promptly by fedex, but the second one was sent by usps. Honestly, not a good experience.

I had ordered the wrong part. Not only did they refund me (minus shipping of course), they told me to keep the part. This was all by text. When I talked to customer service about helping me figure out the correct part, the gentleman was super helpful and patient.
The decal arrived in a rigid undamaged box. When I opened the box I noticed the the decal was pinched from where the box had been closed onto it when it was packed into it. There were a couple of marks that I thought would press out when I installed it onto the SxS. They did not press out.

I ordered what was supposed to be an OEM part verified to be correct for my make, model, and year. Once it arrived the OEM box inside the shipping box was beat to death and the part was not compatible for my bike.
I called Partzilla and although I was given an RMA for the return I ended up eating the $16 dollars to ship the part back.
