Stacy made this training process feel much better, giving me knowledge on how to handle my puppy is going to relieve so much stress on training a puppy. I'm being trained to train. Stacy was spot on, on everything I was having a issue with.

While I was not able to complete the conversation due to a bad connection on my app I appreciate the fact that I was able to go back and read her responses and based on those I'm going to try the suggestions that she made. I really appreciate the positive feedback that I always receive when asking for help.

I am happy to say Paw-Champ resolved my issue satisfactorily. I did not realize I would be signing up for a subscription when I purchased. So I am happy to say they accepted my cancellation request.

I had some questions, so Eva took the time to answer all of my questions/concerns, and even went a step further and made some pretty interesting suggestions for working with my puppy and different boredom buster games, etc. She made me feel like she genuinely cared and was trying to figure out what was best for my puppy and will help him succeed in training. I really appreciated her and her help.

After contacting PawChamp regarding a subscription I wasn't aware I'd set up, within minutes the subscription was cancelled and full refund given! Absolute superb service. Thank you 😊
