Excellent experience! I ordered a printer head for my Okidata printer, and the part arrived quickly and worked perfectly. My printer is running like new again. The company was also very responsive and answered my email promptly, which I greatly appreciated. Fast shipping, great customer service, and a quality product. I will definitely use them again in the future!
I ordered a phone system with additional parts to work with it. They didn't have the phone system. I found out after I had paid for it, but the additional were sent and they were useless without the main system. I had to find another company to get that system from and it delayed out installation. Next time they should call if they don't have the complete order and I was told that I would have pay to send the additional parts back for credit, so I kept them.
Lap top does not charge. Red light stays on unit when plugged in and unit gets very hot to touch. Laptop will not turn on without being plugged in. So isn't holding charge.
