I mistakenly signed up to use this company for my photography website. I had their service for only 10 days and then had to cancel it because I was not able to access my site or email for days! I was informed that their servers had been hacked and when I asked if it happened often, I was ignored. When I canceled my service, they refused to refund any of my money. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, this company never showed any arguement with the dispute. More than a month after canceling the service and disputing the charge with the credit card company, this company sent my account to a collection company, without even informing me or giving me the option to solve this dispute. They are unprofessional and do NOT provide the service they promise to provide. They claim on their website that 100% of their customers have had their sites go live within hours of asking their site to go live. This is inaccurate! I would strongly suggest everyone stay far away from these people - unless you are looking for a headache and a site that is not functional.

I have used them for 2 years. The original set up was ok - but minimum customer service and help - it was like you are trying to ask them a favor.
I think its a one woman show (Vera) with ZERO support... I shall be switching, save your money and go elsewhere guys..

Photography website creation--expensive - I went with this company and while they did a good job, I did see a friend of mine use a different service which was about 1/2 the price and probably just as good and if not even better. This is the company he used, I don't think anyone here on sitejabber has reviewed it yet, but they are much cheaper and his site looks great
