Booking this online was an absolute breeze, especially with such fantastic offers available! The entire process was incredibly smooth and seamless, which makes me even more excited for what's ahead. I am truly looking forward to this experience and can't wait to see what is in store.
The booking itself was very easy to do. However I've only given 3 stars as when I made the booking I requested breakfast to be included. When it came to paying I couldn't see that anywhere so I went back into the website and made the same request. I paid for our rooms and added a message to ask if my request for breakfast was added to my booking. I've yet to hear if that is the case and we go away today. So I've had to contact the hotel myself.
The site was quick and easy enough to use. My only issue was i had requested breakfast to be included but it didnt show up in my summary bill so im hoping its all ok

Initially I booked a room and selected double beds but ended up with a king and that didnt work for me. So i cancelled tge room but the cgarge went tgrough already. Customer support was very helpful and offered to find a room tgat was more suitable but I prefer to find my own room. Customer suppirt was excellent and it took little time for my refund. Tgank you
I was a bit uneasy when I realised that my booking was not being made through trivago Easy to book. Plenty of correspondence from yourselves. But after reading some of the reviews feel the need to correspond with the hotel and confirm the booking.

I booked online for a King room with a Garden view, and instead, after I paid, I got a confirmation for a double room with a Resort view (parking lot view). I called twice and got your ridiculous AI robotic useless support guy, who said that a "ticket" would be made and I would be contacted. That was days ago, and I have heard nothing. You have no toll free number so my calls were long distance. I have received no support at all and have heard nothing. My trip is in 4 days. Terrible service - it seems to be designed so that your customers cannot get any support whatsoever.
I chose a King Room, Garden view and you booked me and charged me for a 2 Double Bed Room with a Resort View. Please correct this.

I have not checked in yet so i cannot say the service is completed. However wrt to online booking it has been good. I do note they do not detail or total the city tax component that will be charged at checkout.

Zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, duidelijk (het boekingsproces) en zeer scherpe prijzen. Het hadden 5 sterren kunnen zijn als er meer informatie over de verschillende kamertypes voorhanden was. Maar toch, een aanrader.

Ik heb geen ervaring met Prestigia, het is de eerste keer dat ik geboekt heb bij jullie en volgende keer boek ik weer bij Prestigia.
I experienced a "Gateway Error" when paying and received no confirmation email for transaction,
So assumed payment hadn't gone through. So paid again and, wouldn't you know it, I ended up paying twice! Contacted Prestigia and they said they had to get agreement to cancel 2nd payment with the
Hotel. I assumed this would be pretty much instantaneous but not so. Decided to get my bank involved
- Section 75 etc. and Prestigia relented immediately rather than have a chargeback on their records.
But, in fairness, I got quick responses by email from them - they just didn't say what I needed to hear!
Best rates available, easy to use / navigate website. Overall a seamless, quick and easy website that offered the absolute best prices around! Will absolutely be my new go to for booking hotels in the future.

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
