Bought 4 tires 3 years ago and it lasted me 80k miles without rotating (terrible I know) with only one causing issue due to a nail puncture. Otherwise still going strong with another 20k miles of tread on them.

I ordered as set of tires to be delivered on Friday, May 29, which have so far failed to arrive. I have tried reaching out to the FedEx shipping station in Bangor, Maine about three hours away, but got routed through an exasperating series of phone loops and instructions. Despite the offer of speaking to real person in customer service, there was no way to reach anyone. Using the tracking number, I can see the items have been "out for delivery" for the last four days, and I am wondering why.

I got notice that my tires got delivered to installer and I am notifying you now that I confirm they have been received by them. Issue I have now is that the installer is not confirming my scheduled appointment as I am not installing parts sold by them so I am on a " sometime today where they fit in the work when appointments permit.

Something clearly didn't go as planned here, so we'll investigate this both internally and with the installer - things must be smooth and convenient, always!
I made an order on Priority Tire's website on May 20. I had it shipped to the installer and set up an install date all at once. They emailed an order # and it said I'd receive a tracking number when my order shipped. I waited a few days (4) and received no tracking (checked spam folder and all). I contacted them via the message feature on the site and got no response. I then called ( Day 7, two days before my install day) and explained how I hadn't received any tracking info and wanted to verify that my tire had even been shipped. I then received tracking info for the tire that had already been delivered. This might've just been a rare occurrence, but I'll try them again.

For that, we do apologize, but moreover we're not quite sure why the usual follow-up communication regarding your installation was note done correctly. Between that and having to wait to hear back from us, it's clear that we didn't perform as well here as needed - we do apologize! 1. The good. Easy to use site along with quick delivery.

The only reason I'm leaving a lower review is because I discovered a few hours after purchasing my tires that the exact same tires were being sold through Walmart's marketplace for less than what I paid directly on your website. Whether this is due to dynamic pricing or volume based agreements with large retailers, it is frustrating either way.
As a customer, I would expect buying directly from the source to provide the best value. Instead, I found that going through a major retailer was actually cheaper, even after applying a veteran discount. That makes very little sense to me.
One of the biggest reasons people buy tires online is to save money. Many of us choose to purchase the tires ourselves and then use a mechanic of our choice to avoid the overhead costs, property taxes, and other expenses that businesses often pass on to customers. When the direct seller charges more than a large retailer, it removes much of the benefit of shopping directly in the first place.
I understand that Walmart can generate higher sales volume, but it is disappointing to see direct customers paying more while the larger retailer receives the better price. In the future, I will be checking other marketplaces before purchasing again because there is no reason I should pay extra for buying directly from the company itself.
We appreciate your review and the breakdown of your concern and frustration; we certainly agree with you, at least to a degree, and we would love to say that our website will always offer the absolute best possible deal.
As it stands, the fact of the matter is that modern retailers do have to sell on various marketplaces, especially places like Walmart and Amazon, to be competitive and achieve their goals. As such, although in most cases we do reward our loyal customers that seek out our own website with the best possible deals, it is not impossible for one of our items to have a better price on a different marketplace we also sell on. Without going into details or over-complicating things, we'll say that we obviously value our own website the most and try to provide the absolute best possible care and service to our direct customers, it can simply sometimes happen that a given item is given a lower price on a different platform - usually due to a special promotion or similar.
With all of that said, we are hopeful and confident that you'll still get fantastic experience and value alike when working with us - and you have our word that we give our best to treat our customers with the best possible tires and service!

Tires arrived on time. They side it could be different shipments, but they all came together.
Technically the tires we send are often treated as separate shipments out of necessity, but we do all we can to ensure that they all arrive together - quickly and safely! Thank you!

I ordered and paid for a set of tires and was told they were out of stock. Then had to choose another set of tires and pay more. Now, those tires came in fast and as advertised.
Although we do apologize for the unfortunate stock issue, we do want to clarify: you did not have to do anything! We explained what the issue was and offered other tires; since the other tires were more expensive, you were given an extra discount, but we did indeed kindly ask for an additional payment to reflect their nonetheless still higher price. If the tires were similar in price or less expensive then obviously you wouldn't have to pay anything extra, while obviously you could cancel for a refund if you so preferred. Of course, we do all we can to avoid any and all stock issues, but we are glad that we could work out a solution in this case! Thank you for your understanding.
We do carry many different types of tires, including indeed both premium and entry-level light truck tires. We'll sure your boy will appreciate them greatly!
The products were great. The ordering process was very easy. But the tracking was nonexistent was not updated daily. My product was showing not picked up until it showed up at my doorstep it took five days

I ordered 4 UTV tires 2 WOLFPACK 25x10-12,2 WOLFPACK 25 x 8 x 12 and 2 AGSTAR 10.00 x16 for my 1981 International Harvester 3688 tractor. Haven't mounted them yet because I just got them today. BUT the service was good and they got my order right the first time. I'm happy.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the tires. I have always been a fan of Pirelli. In fact, I had them on a BMW some years ago and they were performed perfectly on this vehicle.
Now they are on my 2018 Toyota Prius Three and they 100% beat the tire brand I had before. They make my driving experience with my Prius very enjoyable!

Was good, received three tires day two from ordering. Then next day received fourth one. When ordering said all were in stock. Slowed install one day. But look slick.

Answer: We wouldn't be in business for years with rising sales and ratings if we we're a scam company! If you're unsure, if nothing else you can place an Order with us through a platform like eBay; we have a 99% rating across thousands and thousands of Orders and you have an additional layer of protection. Of course, it's always best to purchase directly through us!

We do sell on eBay among other platforms and try to cooperate with them as much as possible for mutually beneficial results.
