Psychiatry has allowed me to live my best life

For over 30 years I have seen a psychiatrist for depression/anxiety with great success. In addition, my first psychiatrist and I worked on my issues with cognitive therapy with great success as well. Without psychiatry and psychopharmacology my life would not be the same
