I believe I spoke with a Mr. Rodman who was very helpful in getting me set up with door hinges for my daughter's Jeep Unlimited. The ONLY problem I have is that they did not come with the bolts and nuts and was not told. That would have been helpful, but the overall experience was great.

Order was shipped within 24 hrs and arrived within 72, Product Gator SFX Trifold was a perfect fitment and arrived undamaged and complete. Installation was completed within 1 hr. Only comment is spring latch for tail gate fold was difficult for a 87 yr old man. The spring is strong and near impossible for me to secure. It cant be adjusted and call to Real Truck help acknowledged problem and suggested shortening spring, but it was made of high steel thus maybe a trip to ACE to replace with weaker. Had several Tonno Pro tonneau covers on my trucks in the past. I could not find that brand for my new 2026 Frontier. I called Real Truck after researching online. The representative told me the Gator SFX was the same cover as the Tonno Pro with some updated features. The customer ratings were mostly positive and the price was unbeatable. I installed on Saturday in about an hour. Cover looks great and survived the first heavy rainfall with zero leaks.
I couldn't order, on the website, so I called the CS number. I spoke with Reagan and she was wonderful. She made the process simple and fast. She found my previous order and provided me with information that I couldn't remember about that product.
Spent hours looking through your website at hundreds of wheels that would fit my truck only to pick one and have you come back and tell me you can't get it anymore. That was frustrating and unnecessary. Take them off your side if you can't get them. Other than that, the people I worked with were fantastic.

Well... so far I have determined my order was not in stock. No firm date when it would be. No reply to my e-mail to sales. Spoke with customer service, very nice guy, but he also had no answers but would ask manufacturing and get back to me in a day. But my credit card was charged! This is simply a Tri fold tonneau cover that will work in my 2026 Frontier, Nissan, Pro X, 5' bed with utilitrack system, Please advise! Ordered on line 5-25-26. This has not been like my past purchases of Gator bed covers which were very easy. I did not expect this from Real Truck!
I called to place my order instead of ordering online to specifically verify that the item was in stock and ready to ship. I was told that it was and the expected delivery date was in 3 days, which arrive just in time for a trip I would use the item on. I watched for shipping information which did not come so I emailed and called to see what the hold up was and to see if it could be expedited to overnight shipping. I was referred to customer service who would check on it and contact me with information. That did not happen. I called again and was told by customer service that he didn't really know if the product was actually in stock or not but asked if he could check on it and either email me of call me back within the next hour. He gave me the choice of a call or the email. I asked for a call. I did not receive either one. It's now been 7 days and still no shipment info or update.
On the 3rd of May i attempted to order a set of floor liners on line. After completing all credit card info your system locked up and would mot allow me to place order. I started a chat and ended up speaking to a very pleasant person named Julie. After providing her cc date again she placed my order. Bottom line I ended up being sent and charged 2 sets of liners, obviously I requsted a refund for one set.
I have just received an email that my request for a refund has been approved and I can expect a refund in 1 to 10 days. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will say that everyone I've spoken to on the phone have been pleasant and considerate. BTW the floor liners are great.

Placed my order online with a customer service representative on May 5th. I received the brackets for the running boards I ordered on May 8th, but no running boards. I contacted customer service and was notified on May 11th that the manufacturer Go Rhino, has a minimum allowance of 20 business days to have all Go Rhino Dominator Xtreme D6 SideSteps orders processed, made, and shipped. We anticipate your order will be fulfilled on or before 06/09/2026
I guess I have to be fine with that. Most companies don't want inventory sitting on the shelf. However, the customer should be notified of this when ordering.
Product shipping wasn't great. The box arrived damaged and taped up. There's scuffs on a lot of the edges. My main concern is rusting where the scuffs are.

RealTruck has provided very good service, however, as for the FedEx delivery. I had ordered 4-wheels and lug nuts at the same time. Two wheels arrived one day. The next day the other two arrived, and now my lug nuts should be arriving sometime today. The only one I can understand is the lug nuts because they were shipped from a different location and distributor.
Each person I spoke with contradicted the previous person only one person sent me an email with the information for installation the app does not work there were no instructions person that sold me the cover assured me it was the proper one but it wasn't he was arrogant didn't seem to want to be bothered right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing

Called to see if a connecting panel part were available for a Bakflip cover purchased several years ago. Since part is not sold separately and had purchased a cover in the past, the sales rep provided me a discount because of prior purchase. Appreciated the customer service
Fast shipping! Front floor mats fit perfectly. Back floor mat was shipped folded and likely needs time to relax, heating up and conforming to all the corners; it is good now but will probably be better after awhile.
