Ordered replacement parts for a Ryobi/Honda Pressure washer. Parts were an exact fit and have worked out great! Will be using the pressure washer soon!
This isn't a complaint because I know "things happen," but they did not arrive on the date specified. Like I said, not a big deal, just a little annoying. Other than that, a GREAT experience and I would order from this vendor again without question.

The item purchased was in excellent condition and was exactly as described in the product information.

The guy that helped us find the right seal worked patiently and had us measure the shaft and ID of the pump several times and he did his research to find the right seal. It worked great when it arrived. You can't buy everything from Amazon and we found out the hard way when they sent us the wrong part. The service and personal service worked. I recommend them for all your seal and kit rebuild needs.

Talked with specialist and they made sure that I was getting the correct parts for my front load washer

Bearing replacement kit was exactly what I needed. Worked great so far.

Had to pay $36 customs when package arrived. There was no info given when I ordered the package there was extra charge. Never again will I use this company. False pricing. I will order from someone else
