I bought three of these so I could have 1 at home and 1 at the office rather than lugging the same one with me all day every day. Also got one as a spare. GREAT for helping to keep track how much water I'm drinking and it is SUPER durable. We always got fresh ones every time we went to the hospital for delivery for each of our 8 children, but now that I've found ReStockIt, I can order new ones any time I like! Also, the items were well-packed so our new mug/carafes were not damaged in shipping!
Hospital recommended these. Located them online, roughly one half the price of many other places. Even with the shipping, it was still a significant savings. Very pleased!

I bought these as a cheaper alternative to the more expensive version offered by 3M. These are too scratchy -- for my hands, and likely my cooking pots. Am not happy.
The parts are engineered to make it easy to put together. It took 2 of us because the pieces are a little awkward for 1 person to handle.
Our espresso machine went down in a storm due to a power surge causing a relay to fail. As a cafe, it is critical to have the espresso machine operational. We ordered the relay through ReStockIt and it was delivered in a few days.
This is NOT the Mr. Coffee maker I believed I was ordering. Completely different than the photo. This is a maker I could've picked up at Walmart or Amazon a lot cheaper but chose ReStockit because on the website it had my particular Mr. Coffee maker. For over 79 dollars you'd think they'd known this! This one has an after taste of plastic ( I knew it would reason I didn't like it from Walmart etc,) thought I was getting one like I was replacing. Replacing because it got very slow brewing but after years of use. I'm back using the old one again now. Ugh 😑
Ordering was straightforward and easy to understand. Delivery tracking provided. Product was delivered on time and exactly as stated.
I received everything on time. The only thing that would make it better would be packaging in a plastic box rather than loosely in an envelope, for storage purposespricing.

Item was correct (i did a lot of research to make sure it was the right one), and it showed up pretty quickly. Problem was that shipping cost more than the item itself.

This company has a very fast delivery packaging in a box so your items don't get crushed, reliable, and most of all a good price for the items. I recommend shopping here.
I do not order items expecting to use customer service. However, this customer service exceeded expectations when I had a problem with the order. Problem was resolved immediately!
