I've been with them for a while. The program was easy to understand and didn't hurt my wallet.
The resume making and job finding processes are exceptionally well thought out and makes the entire process smooth and easy to understand, as well as easy to fill out. The only problem is downloading, printing, or emailing your resume is locked behind a monthly paywall, which is probably a way to catch people who'll subscribe to download their resume, and forget to cancel, so they can make money off of forgetful people. I wish there was an option, maybe $10 at most, for a one time doing, because not everyone has to make and remake their resume's 6 times a month. But then every time you have to revise your resume for a new job, it's just simply 10 more dollars to download, email, or print it again. Otherwise, perfect site for resume building and job finding!

The resume process is free, but trying to access that resume costs money! I thought I was buying a 14 day pass to my resume, but missed the fine print & didn't see the reoccurring fee. Called to cancel & get a refund & they tried to give me a partial refund. Had to get my credit card involved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

Very straight forward and easy to use. Really helps guide you through the process. Only complaint is that when you are filling out sections the courser will sometimes randomly jump to the top and you have to delete and moved to the bottom again. A little frustrating but not a huge deal
