I purchased a 600$ Alpinestars Techair 3 v2 from you. Received it and followed setup instructions. Airbag wouldn't charge. Reached out to your customer service and was told to submit a warranty claim to Alpinestars. Was ran through the ringer about what I used to charge it but I received a RA number for repair, and had to pay another 66$ just to ship my brand new airbag vest to California for repair. Does no one at Revzilla check the Vests before shipping. If I was sold an airbag vest with a faulty battery would it not be on the company who sold it to me to get it repaired since I purchased this under the assumption it would work? How does it make sense that I had to pay so much money only to be out an airbag vest for an entire month than had to pay more to get it fixed...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I understand how frustrating it is to receive a new product that is not functioning as expected, especially with a premium safety item like an airbag vest.

Warranty procedures are established by the individual manufacturers, not by RevZilla. Some brands allow us to process warranty claims directly, while others require that they handle warranty evaluations and repairs themselves. In the case of Alpinestars, they manage their own warranty process, which is why you were directed to work with them.

I understand that having to ship the vest for inspection and being without it during the repair process was an inconvenience, and I appreciate your feedback regarding the overall experience. We value hearing from our customers, as it helps us better understand where frustrations can occur.

There is so much "we are the best" in Motorcycle Tires. Revzilla cuts through all the hype and paid endorsements. Too much can go wrong on a cruiser so knowing your tires are exactly perfect for you bike takes away a key variable. Good Job!

I had a dispute on an item purchased, RevZilla did not accept a return. I was blocked from using their platform to purchase other items. It is sad to RevZilla treating their customers who have purchased many items in the past as criminals. I have been respectful to their staff and even told them "appreciated their transparency". I decided to shop else where

Rudest customer service award.

Called customer service to ask why the pricing on a particular tire ( I purchase several times a year) keeps increasing with every purchase I make. Rudest answers, and smarta** remarks will be the reason I shop elsewhere. Found the tire locally and still at the same cost I originally USE to pay Revzilla. Feel like I was taken advantage of in a subtle, but gradual method. Pay attention repeat buyers.

Love the helmet

I had my motorcycle class on the weekend and was stressed that it wouldn't ship in time, as I bought it last minute searching for a good one, and this helmet shipped in one day. I was stoked. The size was perfect, so the measurements online are extremely accurate. Fits like a glove. I've gotten lots of compliments on my helmet too. Looks amazing. Very high quality. Definitely going to be adding Bluetooth though, and the instructions that come with it explain how to do so. Very happy with this purchase.

Not sure if it's my location but a I've ordered in the past & didn't have the issue of recent purchases. It's advertised Free Shiping when the purchase is over a certain amount. It doesn't say ground shipping will make several stops & transfers! Going from average of 3 days up to 22-23 days of waiting contemplating cancelling the order & potentially going somewhere else to fulfill my purchase! The good thing is, at least I could track the item! Probably wouldn't opt for free shipping anymore. You all stay safe & blessed 🏾

Hard to find Ural tire

I ordered a rear tire for my motorcycle and had a hard time finding it but they had it and it was shipped to my house within a week it was pretty impressive. And had a great price roughly $30 less than anywhere else
