Car carefully picked up from Ft Worth Tx, transported by modern semi-truck and trailer. All equipment was automated mechanically and monitored by driver. The car reached my home in Oil City Pa in a timely manner. It was unloaded and placed in my driveway. The ease of making a reservation, having the car picked up and safely transported is something I'll do again without hesitation.
Roadrunner was great! Kept me informed throughout the whole process. Answered all my questions. The driver was friendly, polite, and professional. I highly recommend Roadrunner.

The process to get a quote and book a move is straightforward. Coordinating with the driver for pickup and delivery was smooth. The only hiccup in the process was the delivery driver did not know what a manual transmission was and when we went out to oversee the delivery he was repeatedly trying to put the car in gear by just jamming the gearshift into gear without the clutch.
It was an easy interaction from start to finish. Pick up at my home in CA to my home in Michigan and my car arrived in 4 days so was here before me. A little pricey but worth every penny.
Driver had to wait an extra 2 days to deliver due to blizzard. He was patient and courteous
Had to change my pickup date three times due to paperwork delays on the purchase of my car. Once a final date was available they schedule pickup and delivery. My car was delivered in the same condition it left the dealership just a week later (West coast to East coast)!
Last year my experience with roadrunner and the subcontractor they use was very good. They showed up on times my car was delivered before I flew down to Florida and everything was good and very reasonably priced. This year wasn't a completely different experience. Have to say frustrating and effing was bad.
Was a very frustrating. First original booking was supposed to be on Tuesday and they called and told me that they couldn't come till Wednesday no showed and they told me it'd be Thursday morning no showed. Finally they said it'd be Friday morning. Didn't get my car picked up until Friday evening and I had to drive it a couple miles away to a gas station because the driver refused to come into the subdivision and over the bridge. As the driver when he thought it'd be realistically arriving in Florida to West Palm Beach or we were flying in on Saturday morning. He said he'd probably be there Sunday morning. No real good communication there again. Finally, on Sunday afternoon I got a text from Gonzalez trucking that they were going to be bringing it to me in the evening. They called at the last minute and said that they weren't going to be able to drive to the Marriott because the driver again didn't want to take his truck into that area and he wanted me to walk down to where some plaza was. I'm handicapped and I don't have any other means of transportation. He was going to just leave my car there. He finally agreed to leave his truck and come pick me up and then I drive drove them back to his truck rig well into the evening if roadrunner can't guarantee a different hauler next time, I would highly recommend you not use them.
I filled out a requested order request and received confirmation on Nov 19,2025 for our daughter's car to be picked up at our residence on Dec 30,2025, and the afternoon of Dec 30 upon receiving countless confirmation emails and even speaking to a dispatcher, I received an email—not even a text, that a driver was not coming. It took countless calls with no answer up to 1hr on hold before someone at Roadrunner told me the driver canceled. The same exact scenario happened again the next week! A Spark Prime Logistics driver finally came the next week and delivered the car to our daughter at college in CA. The driver Dorin was so wonderful and was the only good thing to come of this horrible experience and worthless communication from Roadrunner Transport!

Really great experience with Road Runner auto transport. They were pleasant and professional, on time and communicative throughout the entire process from calling to remind to letting us know where they were on the route and gave ample notice about when and where to meet for us to pick up our car. We will absolutely rely on them again!
I was in a pickle and needed my vehicles moved pronto ASAP. Roadrunner transport told me they could have a truck at my house by the weekend and it happened. Everything was done shipped signed, sealed, and delivered. Could've been more happier to have that part of my moving experience completed.
I've never shipped a car before and was very nervous. Roadrunner was very helpful and kept in touch throughout the process. My daughter received the car as scheduled and was very happy. I am pleased with their service and highly recommend.
