This jack has a 3500 pound capacity, more than enough for many travel trailers. Installation was straight forward/simple. Mounting bolts were included in case you are unable to use bolts from existing jack. My situation required adding shims due to an additional stiffener plate adjacent to the front mounting bolt since the mounting flange of the jack is round (OEM jack flange was triangular)- but that hasn't had any impact on performance. Included circuit breaker helps to protect the jack from overloads. Camping season is upon us and I'll know more about durability at the end of the season. Very cost effective.
I ordered replacement covers for our RV air conditioner! They fit perfect and arrived pretty quick! I will be back, seems like we are always fixing something!

Very confusing delivery. Delivery was slow and received notice that it was delivered then a notice wrong item was sent then an email requiring photos of wrong item sent that I never received then an email sending correct item sent, then notice to return wrong item then notice of error of the wrong item sent then receive correct item then notice to confirm correct order received. As you can see this is very confusing and frustrating.
We rejected the order due to it being smashed and shattered. We have not received a new one.
