Got off to a slow start. Seems there was an issue with a security check for my credit card Feb 14th 2026. After that was resolved when I called Feb 18th everything progresses well. Talked to an actual person and had my issues addressed. Received my Ecoflow Feb 24th. Easy to setup added app and charged the unit. Ready for any power outages now.

Working with the ACR tech team (Jared Breslin, Alan & Michael) was great. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and very quickly replaced the batteries and did system checks on the ResQLinks. Getting to the correct dept. was tricky and the online service request form doesn't work, but once I got to the ACR tech team all was well.

Hi im interest in believeing there is a way to recieve a phone and called and waited please return my package.

I have tried calling the satellite phone company several times never get an answer never got a call back I have emailed them with a question have never received an answer from it greg Hunter says that the thing about using a satellite phone company was that there's always a person to talk to well we have not found it that way and we are very disappointed

Received the bags yesterday and they look like good bags. I just have to figure out how to close them be cause the two velcro strips don't want to line up.
