I have multiple issues on this date. First, the courier couldn't properly scan my ID. That wasted 15 minutes of my time. Second, I was in contact with a CSR to question why my account lists a $5 credit but it doesn't allow me to use it. Saucey has had problems in the past but they are increasing.

After trying the two other guys claiming they can deliver only you guys came through. Thanks!

I was charged more than I was told and then I had to walk around for 15 minutes looking for the driver. Had to walk half a mile to find him and he didn't speak English. Good times

Ordered a pack of cigarettes for my wife. I normally roll them and to save her a trip to the store I found this site. 40 bucks for a pack. Wow.

Fast to order, fast delivery. I don't like it that I have to show my driver license every time they come on my profile it says verified. So idk why they asks me every time I ordered.

Ordered 3 different 6 packs of beer. Blue moon, Pacifico and Sapporo.

Driver game and delivered two 20oz cans of blue moon and one 20oz can of Pacifico. I told the driver about the problem and he was understandably annoyed, but did take them back to the store to get the right items.

30 minutes later he came back, with 3 6packs of Pacifico. The store just decided since they have no blue moon or Sapporo, they can just give me all Pacifico.

Driver was saying how the order ruined his whole day and ruined his timing with Uber Eats. I am frustrated for him and had to throw him another additional $10 cash tip. Why can't we get stores to properly handle orders? I don't know.
