I returned three bras that did not fit and was not given a refund. I have emailed with no response. Great shape wear but will not purchase anything else because of the lack of resolution on the bras.

The item I ordered did not fit well and Shapellix's customer service was very helpful with helping to coordinate a replacement item.

I have had quite the experience. I have to say the product it self seems like it is good quality. What has been frustrating is the sizing and communication for exchange/return process. I ordered the bra sizes based on my measurements and sizing chart on the web page. When I received my bras they were way too big. I began the exchange process and oh my has that been overwhelming. I not once in the 2 months been able to speak to an actual human on the phone. I have been going back and forth with emails soo many emails. Then I followed the recommendation on the email for sizing and the band was good but the cup size was still way too big. Now I have to pay to return these bras and am afraid to do an exchange because then what if they don't fit again. Im upset because I was so ready to wear them and the lack of customer service phone support is horrible.

Easy to order, but the delivery took a long time. So if you need an item don't hesitate and wait until the last minute to order immediately.

I purchased something that was too big. I wanted to replace the item for a smaller size. I sent an email in less than 24 hours I got a response back from one of the representatives.

My order experience was great! I love the product but on the body suit I purchased, it isn't the best tummy control for my body type. I have to wear my corset with my shape wear. Overall, it's a good product.

I loved the quality and design of the suit. The color teal was great too. Only problem was due to my pear shape, I struggled to get the top part is the one piece over by hips. Once up and on, it gave great support everywhere, but I knew it would only get worse when wet and trapped at a beach wrestling to go to the bathroom. I ended up returning and want to try before I buy- for a suit.

Surprisingly comfortable! Never thought I wouldn't mind wearing shapewear o outside of occasions but now pleased to make these a part of regular days.

Products are priced appropriately for the quality offered but when I wasn't happy with an item after trying it on, a friendly customer service agent assisted me in receiving a refund.

The shape ware was comfortable and did what I wanted it to do. My waist and thighs were held in firmly without bunching or pinching. My only concern is I need an extra person to attach the strap across the back.

The ads make it seem like this is an amazing product but I don't experience that. I brought two and one of the straps snapped. I haven't even tried the second one.

I do like the shapewear, but love the bra more. I will say, I cant quite find the right one as I want something to more hug my sides in. I did get that hour glass shapewear and my only issue is the thong gets really in there and hurts. I had to cut my dinner short as I had to keep going to the bathroom to readjust. The thong doesn't shape my bottom right so it looks weird. I went with the thong bc I have another shapewear that is fully panty and you can see the lining.

This garment is exactly what I was looking for. Gentle compression throughout the day or night. I don't feel like I'm suffocating and I'm still able to go to the bathroom with ease.

I saw a ad for their shapewear and decided to try it. I am getting married at the end of june and I have a low V-cut dress, I needed support that wouldn't show. My shapewear fit really good and you cant see it under my dress. I Definitely want to try some of the other styles.

The Shapeware is spectacular, the quality is fantastic, the durability is superior, and the final look using the Shapeware is out of this world. Maybe slightly addictive! 😉

This swimsuit makes me feel so confident when I put it on. Super flattering fit and very comfortable. Nice amount of tummy compression and bust lift. I definitely recommend.

I absolutely love the bodysuit it hugs and all the right places it's very comfortable enough to wear almost daily it can go with absolutely everything and it makes the junk in the trunk look the 💣 bomb very impressive I've shopped with y'all before and you guys never let down

My swim suit is way to small. I wear a size 12. I got a size large and I can't even pull the swimsuit up my legs. I was excited for the shaper swimsuit but now I am out. I'm not sure what size to get. No consultation on size and I followed the size guide.

Im 5'4 220lbs and bought two that were 2XL. It was easy to figure out my size and they are very comfortable to wear. The gusset is also a huge plus because I was able to go to the bathroom and didnt have to take it all off. I would definitely recommend!
