A big Thank you to the whole Shipixy Customer Service team! Excellent customer service from Guest Relations team, namely Alwin, they went above and beyond to help me with rescheduling time and location for my package delivery, putting it on hold for pick-up and assist with timely updates on package location and readiness for pick-up.
