The experience and process was easy to follow, and I loved knowing that I could work at my own pace. Giving me more than one opportunity to take the tests made me more knowledgeable of the information.
I can't give a star rating because it is frustrating to find the spot to try to log back in if you get interrupted. And you charged me way more than you advertised. I also took the blood borne test 2x and didn't realize I was in the wrong test the first time and ended up paying for it 2x. So instead of paying the $19.95, I ended up paying $100.00
I was very very very good to learn with the video and the exams father each module
Was easy to choose courses and online training went by smoothly. Reasonable price would recommend.
First time user and was very impressed with how user friendly it was and how I could go back and listen to course then go correct my answers!
The experience was notably swift and hassle-free; the flexibility to view videos at will and take exams without limits greatly enhances its convenience, which is why I endorse SimpleCpr.
The courses are comprehensive, evidence-based, and tailored to real-world clinical practice support allied health professionals seeking to advance their expertise and maintain clinical competency.
Great experience! Easy to follow. Testing follows each section. Wonderful
Iwas able to listen, observe the slides and advance through the tests. I was also able to repeat any areas I felt less confident about.
I like the link!
I had a very comfortable feeling towards the cite.
It is efficient and user-friendly. I found everything very easy and simple to do. Anybody can use it.
Very helpful and beginner-friendly. The first aid training was easy to understand with clear instructions and hands-on practice. I feel more confident now in emergencies.
They are not recognized anywhere in Canada for the workplace. All classes in Canada MUST have an in class component. If your workplace accepts it, they do not understand regulations. Check with your provincial or territorial regulating body.
It was convenient, affordable and incredibly simple to renew my certification. Would HIGHLY recommend this to my colleagues!
CAUTION: Their website claims that their training is accepted in all Canadian Provinces. Okay, by WHO?
Not by regulators in Ontario. See link: https://www.wsib.ca/en/providers-approved-deliver-emergency-and-standard-first-aid
Nor, by any other Ministries of Labour in Canada that govern first aid certification for the workplace.
Don't believe me... look it up in your own province. Buyer beware!
The website states "Simple CPR is a nationally accredited online CPR and BLS training class and certification provider. Our classes are all based on the latest AHA guidelines." I paid for the BLS/CPR certification and in the card it ended up saying "American HEALTH Association" instead of American Heart Association. Save your money! Report this company and website its a scam.
The course was quick, and easy. Although, I found some information in the section about choking outdated, which makes me wonder if my company will accept the course or not. The tests, also aren't changed up. You could basically just repeat the same test over and over again, guessing until you find the right answer. They definitely should have a mix of up tests to check you were paying attention. Will update if my company doesn't accept, or any additional charges that others have mentioned appear.
Answer: If you finished all modules, there should be an option to download your certification. Beyond that, I'm unsure.

We regret that your employer/organization did not accept our certification. We can certainly provide you with a full refund. Although the American Heart Association is the most "recognizable" training organization in the US, it is NOT the only nationally accredited organization. American Red Cross, National Safety Council, and the American Health Association are ALL nationally accredited. To date, partnered with the American Health Association, we have successfully certified over 1 million individuals in the US and Canada.
