OK - I have been scammed big time. I was looking at buying a power plate vibration machine and I thought that I would get one in Indonesia because i live there and I would avoid import tax etc. I checked out the website and they seemed really good and professional. They had all the answers and even a tracking system for delivery etc. Every email that I sent them, they replied very promptly etc. So I sent them my money and then as soon as the money was received, I have heard nothing. I have sent over 15 emails and received no response from them. I telephone them reguarly at different times during the day and they hardly ever answer - and when they do answer, they hang up. So I would steer clear from this company - if this is what you call them. You aren't only getting duped by a few $$$$$$ but by large summs because they are selling high end sporting equipment.

An Indonesian website tempting prospective customer with products that are insanely cheap. In other words too good to be true. I was not interested in paying for goods in advance when I placed an order with them. I kept them waiting looking for more information - stumbled on a comment here on sitejabber. When I asked if they were interested in using a Collect on Delivery service with a courier of MY choosing. The reply was. And I quote

Its ok,
No problem if you not trust us.

My answer just: Our company don't want service our customer that not trust with us.

Its better for you looking for another company that can accept your request.

Hello Ferry Susanto,

I am not happy about making a payment in advance of getting delivery of the product order. It is a risk I'm not prepared to take.
There is an alternative I may suggest. Courier companies offer a Collect on Delivery service, where the Supplier will get paid
Via the courier by the purchaser but only when the shipment has been received. To build trust in your company are you prepared
To use this service with a courier of my choosing?

THEY ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE AS YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER BUT THE STORE WILL GET YOUR MONEY. I ALREADY REPORTED THIS WEBSITE TO THE U.S. GOVERMENT'S CYBER CRIME WEBSITE (IC3 COMPLAINT SECTION).
