The dress came as pictured. The sizing was almost perfect. I made an error measuring my daughter's bust. So I had have that taken in. This is no fault of Stacees. She looks beautiful for her prom in the dress.
She is very petite so she has a difficult time getting clothes to fit her. We gave STACEE'S the measurements and the dress fit perfectly! Once her measurements were sent the dress reached us in less than 30
Days! So happy with results. We would order again without hesitation!

I would not order from here! I ordered multiple dresses for my bridesmaids to try on and stacees even emailed me to confirm this once I had ordered.
Upon receiving some (not all of them arrived!) of the dresses I decided I did not like them and initiated a return the same day. They state all over their website 14 day returns however I have not been allowed to return my dresses and we are now a couple months down the road!
They have been going back and forth with me on email offering me ridiculous low sums instead of providing me with return details and a full refund. Apparently to get a full refund the items need to be faulty, which is baffling. I have sent the dispute to my credit card company as this is diabolical and am now down hundreds of pounds and stuck with many dresses I do not want. Please do not buy from here they are shipped from china and they will not let you return if you do not like them.

I ordered this dress for my 18th birthday and it arrived in two weeks, fair amount of time considering i live in Italy. The dress came out exactly as expected, amazing quality and cure in each detail, but my favorite part was the corset😍🥹 During the party i received multiple compliments on my dress and advised many friends to buy from Stacees. Apart from having to slightly tighten the waist, the fit was amazing and true to size. I loved everything about this dress and hope i will find other special occasions to wear it

Horrible company! You cannot talk to a live person! Returns are absolutely impossible. You have to put in a ticket, they respond with questions like asking why, pictures for the dress and the date of your event. Then they don't respond for days. After you email several times, if your lucky they will respond with additional questions and then offer you a $15 credit for a $125 dress! Buyer beware! I wish I was warned. WORST company ever!

Return Policy is too strict. The previous dress was too big even though I used the size chart and I didn't feel I could get an exchange without having to fight someone for it. Beautiful dress otherwise.

We were running out of time and didn't want to spend a fortune on a particular style dress. Someone mentioned Stacey's. We found the dress she wanted. It arrived before the estimated arrival time. We didn't customize ours. We placed on a hanger right away and the wrinkles feel out and we didn't have to steam it. Beautiful dress, she received many compliments!
