Trouble with deliveries

Unfortunately, with being located in the USA, the delivery of the ordered cigars was problematic although, the representatives did all that they could to ensure delivery. However, it took an extremely long time for the final delivery.

Original cigars, but not the same

I bought some R&J Wide Churchills, box of 25, that were discounted nearly 40% of their standard market rate now.

The box I received were def originals, but the taste much more dull and smokey, as if they werent' conserved well and lost their true full flavors.

So I would have prefered to buy at full price and get the normal ones than have all of these which are 50-60% as good as the originals normal ones.

Nowhere in the description was a mention that they would be any different than any normal wide churchills one can buy nowadays.

Very simple I have not received most of my orders. All I'm being told and promised that I will just to be patient. One order hasn't completed since April last year. The second order hasn't been completed since September of last year, in spite of all my cooperation and patience.
