Do not waste your money on Tailored Athlete. I ordered three pairs of shorts, and less than a week after they arrived, the company put them on a 50% off sale—leaving me $81 out of pocket.

I reached out politely asking for a simple store credit or price adjustment for the $81 difference, explicitly telling them I wanted to spend even more money with them during the sale. Instead of actual customer service, I was completely ghosted by human staff and repeatedly shut down by a useless AI chatbot.

They would rather lose a loyal customer forever than do the right thing over $81. To make matters worse, their shorts are vastly overpriced for the quality. Save your money and buy from Kojo Fit instead. Kojo's shorts are way nicer, fit better, and they don't hide behind AI bots to rip off their customers. Absolute trash-tier company.

I can confirm that this company delivers poor quality shirts that don't fit and then try to make the return process difficult. I would not purchase anything from this company.

I purchased several shirts from this criminal enterprise called Tailored Athlete. I received the items and tried a shirt on and it was way too small, unless you believe that a man should wear a tacky painted on shirt. All tags were on the merchandise and I followed all refund instructions. I sent the items back on my money via UPS with tracking. The items were delivered to the criminals at Tailored Athlete. They never refunded my money and have NO customer service phone number. Do not get your money stolen from you by these pigs.
