The online experience and the customer service rep that I spoke with were very helpful. My disappointment comes from the products I purchased. The shadow box although looks nice from the from - the back looks very cheap and won't last long. Also the coin was very cheaply made, only one sided.
I ordered the 22" x 16" cherry wood shadow box with a 3' x 5' American flag for a retirement. The shadow box arrived without the flag. I checked the entire shipping box and unraveled every piece of dunnage paper in there, no flag to be found.

I ordered the wall-mount coin case, and it came in the mail. The workmanship on the case is very poor. I also sent photos to you on the workmanship of the wall-mount coin case. And to top it off, NO ONE has answered my email back to the company, will I tell others, and will I ever buy again? Just tell people that these are custom made and take 4 weeks to ship. The website says ships within a few days. When you Google the business, it is not even an actual location... Something seems off with this website.

I’ve reviewed your order in detail, and according to our records and the invoice, the purchase included one item only, which is the flag case. There was no additional American flag included or paid for with this order. I kindly ask that you take a moment to review the invoice, which shows the following:
1 item – Flag Case: $199.99
Ground Shipping (0.41 lb): $34.99
Total: $234.98
At no point does the invoice list a folded or pre-folded flag as part of the order, which is why only the display case was shipped.
Regarding the delivery itself, I’m truly sorry for any confusion or frustration caused during shipping. Unfortunately, UPS does occasionally mishandle packages. That said, we take a lot of care in packaging our cases securely, and I’m very glad to hear that the case arrived safely and without damage.
