I greatly appreciate the ease of the whole process through a well thought website. It was easy to follow the necessary steps, and very clear on the conditions of sale. All information was transparent and I felt reassured to complete the transaction. I promptly received payment upon delivery of the item. Overall I was very pleased with my experience regarding trading in my used Samsung phone for cash. It too about a week to get to the Tennessee destination but once received the process moved relatively quickly. I did not see the processing fee in the initial offer so that is something that needs to be more apparent at the time of offer. (Honestly, I may have missed this) Otherwise, I was pleased with the offer and the process.

Phone was like new yet once received basically forced to take new offer or get nothing! Was told it was dirty damaged or not as described which was a lie always had cover and damn near new but told basically accept min offer or take nothing 15 vs 70 so I was basically forced to take the offer. I WILL NEVER USE COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL WRITE NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVERY CHANCE iI can to spread truth about your practices and warn others!
There are 2 things that are incorrect with this review. First, the device was not like new when we received it. We sent the customer proof that the device was received in this condition, with the photos of its arrival posted below. Second, the customer was not forced to accept anything. He declined our requoted offer. We reached out to him to explain the reasoning & that we would be returning it back to him. He then asked us to pay him out instead. We replied & stated that the last thing that we want is an unhappy customer & we'd send it back. He reached out to us a 2nd time asking us to pay him out. If he wasn't happy with the requoted offer on the scratched device that he sent in, we were willing to take the loss of shipping it both to us & back to him at our expense.

While I don't think that we did we have emailed Rob let him know we are not pushing him one way or the other. We are simply making an offer on his phone based on the model and condition.
Our company found multiple iPads an iPhones in a former employee's file cabinet, and our carrier would not take them back. I found Whiz Cells online and completed the form on the site, never expecting to hear from them over a weekend. But they responded promptly, and I had my devices packed up and ready to ship out later that week,. They gave us a fair price for each unit and I would recommend them!

Sent in my device. They thrived to say it wasn't the model I sent in and then tried to offer only $10 for it. I have tried contacting them to get it returned and they fail to respond at all! Basically they stole my device. I understood that I would have to pay for return shipping, but that would require them to actually respond to my messages!
SCAM and ripped off!
The seller sent us a 1st Gen iPad Pro 10.5 (2017 model) but said they were sending in a 4th Gen iPad Pro 12.9" (2020 model). There is a big difference in value between those 2 devices. We did communicate with the seller. I have sold several iPhones to them and they have given me a fair price. They are also very quick to pay. Have had no issues and they have been great to deal with.

It amazes me the professional service given from this business they are no frills honest easy to navigate website. I hope they never go away they are the last of the Mochicans 5 star service and very prompt and attentive. Leave the other small guys alone this is who you need to do business with.

Process was straightforward from start to finish. Received a strong quote compared to other buyback sites and everything moved quick once I shipped my device to them. It was easy and simple I went to their site. Did the process sent it to them? They showed pictures of my device and payed me within a half hour of receiving the link great experience.

I'm having a hard time on getting paid. It's just for me to send you my phone and then I can't get a decent offer. You say donate the phone for recycling I think about money and you want me to get nothing but my phone recycled. My opinion is you ppl have no experience in customer service.

I appreciated how fast the process was and their response time. My phone was discounted because it didn't have full battery, but was still fairly high. Not sure what phone that is four years old would still have full battery power/charge, and is something that would still make money.
