I ordered the tires and tirebuyer tried to set the appointment but my installer doesn't accept appointments, it's first come first serve. The tires were delivered on the day that they said and I just went down there and they put them on.

I pre-paid for my installation at my local Pep Boys (Howell Mill Rd, Atlanta) and they had no record of my appointment when I arrived even though my tires had been delivered days earlier. And I even called the previous day to confirm my appointment. They had my car for 8 hrs after telling me it would take 2-3 hrs. The staff was unbothered by my distress of needing my car back to get to work on time and seemed very unorganized and unprofessional in general. I'll never give this pep boys location my business again.
