I bought a portable welding machine from TSA it was a online purchase and strange I was out of town whiles sitting at the Guest House on a Wednesday night As I was scrolling and searching for a welder I came across TSA and paid, on Friday afternoon when I arrived at home the parcel was already in my possession in good shape.
I will recommend TSA to anyone without doubt.
The guys oferred extra parts that was necessary to complete my purchase, which they combined on one delivery to save me costs.

The operating manual supplied with the machine is a worthless piece of paper. I could not download manuals form the internet. I phoned and asked for a manual but nothing was send to me. I still do not know how to operate this machine.

Wanted to order some more equipment. And i didnt have to pay more delivery fees as my first order was above 1500. You guys helped me by shipping the second order with the first even thou you didnt really have to. I also had a query about one of the products and that was sorted out the very next day.

I have an older migarc 165 with the hard wired torch and received the Euro connector torch. This was no fault of TSA as I was not aware that the order would be for the newer model 165.
From ordering to delivery the service was excellent, i cannot fault on any part of the whole experiance. Will recomment the company. Will def do business with them again

I recently ordered two rolls of flux core welding wire from TSA, specifically E71T‑11, as I required multi‑pass capability for my application. Unfortunately, the product I received was E71T‑GS, which is a single‑pass wire, substandard for my needs, and completely unsuitable for the job.
When I contacted TSA about the error, I was informed that they did not have stock of the E71T‑11 wire and that their supplier would only reopen the following week. When I asked why the wrong product was sent without any communication or verification, the response I received was simply: "They should have checked."
There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience, no proposed solution, and no offer to correct the mistake. The overall attitude was blunt, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer care. After this, I received no further response or follow‑up from TSA.
Overall experience: extremely disappointing.
Incorrect product supplied, no accountability, and no effort made to remedy the situation. I cannot recommend TSA based on this interaction.
I still have not received this order, i know ita the hollydays season and all but other delivery services like takealot came on time this is absolutely unacceptable
