In all seriousness though, I ordered Two Mystery boxes and couldn't be more pleased. My Husband ended up getting a blue blade, far exceeding the money paid, complete with sound effects and an upgraded hilt. Mine was a beautiful standard hilt with no sound effects and a stunning red blade which was exactly what I was hoping for due to my sensory needs. The customer service was amazing when I reached out with questions; it was very kind and fast.
Delivery was fast, and unlike what I experienced with other companies previously the tariffs and taxes weren't crippling.
I will DEFINITELY be buying from this company again.

Shortest delivery, bought a saber for a family member and it arrived way before the approximate delivery date.
I purchase 2 x full size and 3 x initiate length blades from the grab bag blade selection. All blades came without any issues that I can see (i will report more when Ive installed the leds).

I've been a repeat customer for going on 8 years now with multiple purchases throughout. Very few issues have ever occurred but when I need support, ultrasabers customer service is there for me with all the answers and solutions!
You can tell these sabers are made really strong. You can smack them around, drop them, and they'll keep going. Very impressive machining and the blades are super sturdy. You can even use them with HEMA protective gear and really use them in place of training swords.
I purchased my product and it was delivered about 2-3 days later. Really fast!

I ordered some new blades for my sabers and they shipped to me fast as well as being packaged nicely in away they were not going to break. I would order with them again when I need more replacements

The first order attempt had issues with the address, then the credit card company didn't change all info from a recent move... drama?
But once all those things were cleared up, I had to enter all danger data back in... and it worked. Processing was minimal time considering their popularity, and delivery was fine.

I have wanted a replica lightsaber like this since 1978, when I first saw Star Wars during its cinematic rerelease. The saber is Anakin Skywalker's, as given to Luke by Obi-Wan. It's beautiful and works like a charm. I selected the Neopixel blade and Ultraproffie Lite soundboard. They are amazing. The only things I would like to have see improved are the instructions, as I initially thought my saber was defective. It would only operate while plugged in to the battery charger. I discovered on my own that the battery had a plastic iterrupter installed that first had to be removed in order for it to work. There was nothing about that mentioned in the sparse documentation included. Otherwise, I would highly recommend UltraSabers.
Shipping time wasn't too bad. Packaging was great. The light saber look epic and functional properly.
